We are looking for passionate women leaders aged 18+ to submit innovative project proposals in the areas of:
- Health
- Education
- Climate Change
- Social Injustice
- Social Marginalization
Our Goals:
- Inspire women to think creatively about leadership.
- Empower women to make meaningful impacts in their communities.
- Amplify women’s voices to drive societal change.
How it Works:
- Open to women aged 18+ passionate about leadership and community impact.
- Applicants submit project proposals, and 10 finalists are selected for a 5-week coaching program focused on leadership, goal setting, and project execution.
- One project leader is selected based on innovation, feasibility, impact, sustainability, and leadership potential.
What You’ll Get:
A chance to participate in a 5-week Leadership Training
- Learn from highly experienced women leaders and develop leadership, goal-setting, and project management skills.
- Design and execute a project that addresses critical issues and transforms lives in your community.
- Up to ₦1,000,000 in funding to bring your women-led project to life for short-term execution.

- Stay connected with weekly stipends provided to the 10 finalists for internet access during the program

Eligibility Criteria for ProjectHer Application
To ensure we identify the most passionate and promising women leaders, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Gender and Residency:
- Must be a woman.
- Must currently reside in Nigeria.
- Age:
- Applicant must be aged 18 or older.
- Experience:
- No prior experience in leading a social impact project is required. We are looking for women ready to take their first steps as leaders.
- Passion for Leadership:
- Applicants should demonstrate a strong desire to develop their leadership skills and create meaningful change in their communities.
- Focus Areas:
- Project proposals must align with one or more of the following themes:
- Health
- Education
- Climate Change
- Social Injustice
- Social Marginalization
- Project proposals must align with one or more of the following themes:
- Project Proposal:
- Proposals should clearly outline the project’s innovation, feasibility, scalability, and potential impact on the community.
- The project must be short-term and should be executed with the amount stated for funding.
- Commitment:
- Applicants must be willing to participate in a 5-week online coaching program (3 hrs weekly) and dedicate time to implement their proposed project.
Note: This program is designed to empower first-time leaders, so professional leadership experience is not required.
